In Clinic Cycling (WINTER)

TI Cycle has enabled Movewell Rehabilitation to provide spin classes.  Spin Classes can be a fun low impact workout using a stationary bicycle.  Your instructor will simulate a variety of sprinting and hill climbing drills enabling you to build your cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength and endurance.  Classes are for all levels, beginners to advanced, as you are in control of your resistance level on your bike and how hard you want to work in class.  Spin training is a great accompaniment to any fitness program or sport including running, swimming, cycling and triathlon.

You can attend these sessions in one of the following ways:

  • Come with towel and water bottle in hand and use one of our stationary bikes
  • Bring your own mountain or road bike and lock into one of T.I. cycle's TACX trainers
  • Bring your own bike and your own cycle trainer

In Clinic Cycling (WINTER)

Mark Dwyer (owner of T.I. Cycle) is currently hosting an indoor cycling training session one evening per week (Wednesday from 6:30-8:00pm) at Movewell Rehabilitation.  This session is geared towards cyclists who are looking to achieve a good aerobic baseline of conditioning. Please contact Mark at 613-382-5144 to discuss the session in more detail, the fees and the availability as class size is limited.
