Tammy Tye-Edgley is a Certified Reflexologist, Level II Reiki Practitioner and is a member of the Ontario College of Reflexology. She and her husband Mark reside in the small farming community of Athens, where she also practices reflexology and reiki from her home business, Grounded Sole Reflexology & Wellness. Tammy’s goal is to help others step back into wellness and achieve personal well-being by reducing stress in the body, enhancing relaxation, and supporting the body’s natural healing abilities through these modalities.
