Before booking please note the following:

In order to be eligible for OHIP or motor vehicle accident treatment, you must first call the clinic for an assessment.

If you have not been to our clinic in the past 3 months, you must book an assessment.

Online booking requires a 48 hour notice. If you require a treatment or assessment session the day of or the next day, you must call the clinic to book a session.

CANCELLATION POLICY
MoveWell Rehabilitation Services is a private Physiotherapy, Athletic Therapy and Massage Therapy provider. Any fees associated with the services provides to you are your responsibility and must be paid for directly by you.
This includes all private, OHIP, Veterans and Motor Vehicle Accident patients
Cancellation Fee: 50% of your appointment fee (less than 24 hours notice).
Missed Appointment Fee: Total Treatment Fee.
In order to book a subsequent appointment at our clinic, all past account arrears must be up to date and paid.
This policy is to ensure that our incredible therapists are compensated fairly for their time at MoveWell Rehabilitation Services.
Please honour your scheduled appointment time if at all possible.
